Responsibilities
* Provide technical assistance to a project with a world-leading software development company
* Assist customers with IT technologies/products, especially Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows
* Handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism
* Apply critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Italian (native) and English (advanced)
* Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or Microsoft products (valuable)
