On the back of our recent collaborations with The Rolling Stones and David Bowie, are we working on the next phase of the brands expansion.Combining tailoring, rock and roll attitude, vintage influences and luxury craftsmanship, PHIX has built a global customer base and is worn by musicians, artists and tastemakers around the world.As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we are looking for an exceptional marketing leader to help shape the future of the brand.Reporting directly to the Founder who is based in our Madrid office, this person will lead PHIX's organic marketing function, overseeing social media, influencer strategy, creative direction, content production and brand storytelling. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in building one of the most distinctive premium menswear brands in the market.The OpportunityWe are looking for someone who can shape the way PHIX is seen, felt and remembered. Someone with a genuine understanding of fashion, music, culture and modern marketing and the taste level to make a brand feel desirable. The right person will know how to turn products into stories, launches into moments and content into something people genuinely want to engage with.You will lead the brand’s organic marketing presence across social media, influencer partnerships, campaign storytelling, content production and creative direction. Working directly with the Founder, you will help define how PHIX presents itself to a global audience.You will manage a growing team of creatives and work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, influencers and external partners to continue elevating the PHIX brand across every channel.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketing LeadershipLead PHIX's marketing strategy globallyWork directly with the Founder on brand growth and creative marketing initiativesHelp define the future direction of the PHIX brandDevelop marketing strategies around collections, launches and collaborationsEnsure all marketing activity strengthens brand desirability and premium positioningBuild and manage the organic marketing team as the business growsSocial Media StrategyOwn social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platformsOversee content calendars and publishing schedulesDrive audience growth, engagement and brand awarenessEnsure all content feels premium, aspirational and culturally relevantIdentify new content opportunities and platform trendsMaintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channelsInfluencer, Talent & Partnership StrategyLead PHIX's influencer and creator marketing programmeBuild relationships with influencers, musicians, artists, stylists and cultural tastemakersDevelop gifting, seeding and partnership strategiesIdentify talent aligned with the PHIX aesthetic and customerOversee negotiations, collaborations and long-term partnershipsMeasure performance and continuously improve resultsCreative DirectionOversee the creative direction of all social and content outputDevelop campaign concepts, content themes and storytelling ideasCreate moodboards, references and creative briefsDirect photoshoots, content shoots and behind-the-scenes productionsEnsure all creative output reflects the premium positioning of the brandMaintain exceptionally high creative standards across every touchpointMeta Creative StrategyLead creative development for Meta advertisingWork alongside the paid media team to identify winning creative conceptsDevelop new content angles, video concepts and storytelling formatsHelp bridge the gap between brand building and commercial performanceEnsure advertising creative remains both premium and commercially effectiveContent ProductionOversee photographers, videographers, editors and content creatorsManage content planning and production schedulesEnsure a constant pipeline of high-quality contentImprove creative workflows and production processesReview and approve content before publicationBrand StorytellingCreate compelling narratives around collections, products and collaborationsBuild emotional connections between customers and the brandBring together fashion, music, culture and craftsmanship within marketing campaignsEnsure messaging remains consistent across all channelsHelp transform products into stories customers every launch receives maximum organic impactRequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience working within fashion, luxury, premium lifestyle or menswear brandsProven experience leading social media, content or influencer marketing functionsStrong understanding of luxury and aspirational brand positioningExperience planning and directing fashion campaigns, content shoots and creative projectsExperience managing influencers, creators, stylists or talent partnershipsExcellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and modern content platformsStrong understanding of Meta creative and content testingExceptional visual taste and creative judgementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesFluent English requiredBased in Madrid or willing to relocatIdeal CandidateYou are obsessed with fashion, music, culture and creativity.You understand why certain brands become iconic whilst others simply sell products.You have outstanding creative instincts, strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how modern brands grow.You can review a campaign concept, direct a shoot, brief an influencer, analyse content performance and
