YOUR MISSION:
You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.
THE RIDE:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance.
Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability for partners and Glovo.
Drive revenue growth via promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization.
Own partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
Manage the partner onboarding process from setup to initial operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:
2+ years experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Motivated by ambitious goals with a record of exceeding KPIs.
Problem solver, data-driven, with an analytical mindset.
Highly organized, proactive, with strong time management skills.
Proficient in Google Suite;
Salesforce is a plus.
Native level of local language;
proficiency in English required.
