Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual / phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews : During the interviews, you will meet people from our team : your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris : our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED?
* BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
* 3-5 years of experience in Major Incident / Problem / Service Management.
* ITIL Foundation Certification at a minimum.
* C1 / C2 proficiency in both French and English (additional languages are a huge plus).
* Strong technical background, capable of liaising with all IT departments.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a quick-thinking mindset.
* Soft skills : Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a transversal, global environment.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, and exceptional self-organizational abilities.
* BASED IN : BARCELONA

* Lead and coordinate major incident management calls with technical and business stakeholders across multiple time zones.
* Drive the fast resolution of incidents by collaborating with teams worldwide to identify root causes and implement solutions.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy in incident tracking, reporting, and documentation.
* Empower team members, foster innovation, and promote a collaborative environment to leverage skills across the organization.
* Ensure seamless communication between teams, and act as the primary point of contact for incident management.
* Use your technical expertise to effectively collaborate with IT departments to resolve complex issues.
