JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a person that participates in the day-to-day operations of the assigned accounts and who supports the Communication and PR department, reporting to the Account Director and the client with the ability to develop tasks autonomously.
You would be a member of a dynamic and creative team, learning and contributing to several projects together with your colleagues while participating in internal training sessions, such as client processes and key tools, including personalized mentoring in project management and client service.
FUNCTIONS TO DEVELOP:
Give support to the PR and Accounts teams, participating and responding to the assigned tasks and responsibilities.Attendance at internal meetingsSupport the team developing action plans and participating in brainstormings for new proposals.Creating or proofreading social media or press contentReportingDatabase updatingPreparing pitches for journalists, content creators or speaking opportunitiesAttending internal and external events
