And what is most exciting about it is that this is only the beginning. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbThe role: /b /ppbr/ppAt Isotrol, we are looking for 1st level support and operation for SCADA systems and control centers for renewable energy generation assets. /ppbr/ppbYour key responsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliDetection and resolution of incidents in the operation of SCADAS control and monitoring systems. /liliReport of the anomaly and the possible solution to whoever it may concern, either to the client or to N2 support in case of not being able to solve it. /liliIncident management on the ticketing platform. /liliAnomaly resolution follow-up. /li /ulpbr/ppYou will be part of a team of operators who will perform their duties under the supervision of the person in charge, working continuous 8-hour shifts, and rotating between morning, afternoon and night shifts on a regular basis. These shifts cover the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7), 365 days a year. /ppbr/ppbYour skills and experience: /b /ppbr/pulli6 months to 1 year technical support/operator experience /liliProfessional training or university studies related to engineering or computer science, or last courses. /liliFluent level of spoken and written English.
