What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the processing of software sales orders, including generating SAP orders and invoices.
- Handle client communications regarding software-related inquiries
- Support the Sales Office team with export orders by managing export documentation and performing administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update accurate records for sales, customer information, and product details, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of comprehensive monthly sales reports.
- Collaborate with the logistic team and the finance department to ensure smooth operations.
You Are
- Related experiences 3 to 5 years.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SF) and SAP platforms.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
