As a Scientific Medical Affairs lead, you provide medical and scientific expertise for designated Almirall products and indications, supporting brand and medical expert engagement throughout the lifecycle. You act as a trusted partner for development and market access, delivering balanced communications grounded in data to key medical and external stakeholders. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to infuse medical perspectives into local plans, and design or support medical projects, ensuring compliant, high-quality outputs.

• Serve as scientific expert in designated therapies and indications and align with corporate goals
• Identify scientific gaps and translate insights into strategies and actions
• Initiate and coordinate medical projects (e.g. patient support programs, early access programs)
• Deliver medical updates and training to field teams and colleagues
• Lead medical strategy in cross-functional teams and support promotional material development
• Participate in congresses, symposia, and advanced trainings
• Ensure deliverables meet budget, quality, and compliance standards
• Maintain professional relationships with medical experts and stakeholders
• Respond to medical information requests and engage in scientific discussions
• Support data generation and dissemination (manuscripts, presentations, publications)
• Coordinate studies with GCO/GMA and xpzdshu generate Real-World Evidence (RWE)
• Ensure compliance with Medicines Act, Code of Conduct, GDPR and internal SOPs
Responsabilidades
• Degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences (MD/ MSc/ PhD)
• Scientific experience (e.g., clinical research)
• Prior medical affairs experience in pharma desirable
• Dermatology knowledge desirable
• Experience collaborating with commercial/marketing and understanding of corporate operations
