We're growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced SDR to help us scale our customer acquisition engine.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior SDR, you'll play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying outbound opportunities. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a predictable lead generation process and create meaningful connections with institutional real estate stakeholders.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Researching and identifying high-value prospects in the proptech and real estate sectors
* Running multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, video)
* Qualifying leads and booking meetings for our Account Executives
* Collaborating on messaging, targeting, and strategy
* Tracking activity and insights in our CRM
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience as an SDR in a SaaS environment (PropTech / Real estate experience is a strong plus)
* Strong communication skills in Spanish (mandatory) and English (nice to have)
* Confident speaking with senior stakeholders in real estate or property management
* Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
* Comfortable working in a hybrid model (our HQ is in central Barcelona)
