Your mission
You’ll ensure that systems, data, and people come together seamlessly to support both day-to-day operations and strategic projects. Your role will create visibility, structure, and flow—turning complexity into clarity and helping space projects thrive from the inside.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- You’ll manage and optimize our ERP system, aligning it with operational and financial workflows.
- You’ll lead Monthly Project Meetings, making sure timelines, resources, and responsibilities stay coordinated across departments.
- You’ll support teams in using ERP tools effectively, creating custom reports and dashboards to bring insights into both finances and operations.

- Industrial mindset: Your experience in engineering, operations, or industrial environments will help you understand workflows and speak the same language as our teams.
- ERP expertise: You’re confident with systems like Sage X3 (or SAP, Oracle, similar) and know how to make them work for people and processes, not the other way around.
