This role will be responsible for the development and execution of category strategies that drive growth, savings, and continuous improvement.

/ppThe Category Manager will work closely with the wider team to maximize customer value, implement cost-reduction strategies, foster supplier relationships, and ensure the effective management of inventory and product pricing.

/pp● Development of category strategies which maximise customer value for money and a continuous improvement structure.

/pp● Implement and promote transformation programmes with a strong communication plan to achieve a structured and resilient supply chain.

/pp● Develop and implement cost-based reduction strategies capable of delivering annual target savings.
\n
/pp● Collaborate with the wider team to identify products with low demand and make recommendations.
\n
/pp● Conduct research and analyse trends and customer purchasing habits.
\n
/pp● Review sales data and competitor products.
\n
/pp● Develop strategies and set goals for the products, including marketing plans, managing budgets and promotional events and repositioning the products.

/pp● Build effective supplier relationships and maintain communication.

/pp● Manage the inventory to ensure there are enough products to meet customer demands.

/pp● Strategic Asset Management: Lead the corporate real estate portfolio, overseeing acquisitions, leasing, and asset development with a focus on value maximization and space efficiency.

/pp● Strategic Procurement Integral Sourcing: Design and execute purchasing processes based on international standards (CPSM) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to generate annual savings.

/ppalign operational goals with sustainability and social economy policies, ensuring a resilient and ethical supply chain.

/pp● Financial Control Reporting: Supervise CAPEX and OPEX budgets, performing comprehensive project tracking and risk assessment for data-driven decision-making.
