Responsibilities:
1. Own and manage the local Amazon Business P&L, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and market share targets in line with global strategy.
2. Develop and execute the annual Joint Business Plan, driving growth through assortment, pricing, promotions, retail media, and supply chain excellence.
3. Implement global e-commerce strategies locally, translating global direction into optimized content, pricing, and promotional execution.
4. Lead product launches, campaigns, and content optimization, maximizing traffic, conversion, and return on investment.
5. Proactively manage availability and inventory, preventing stockouts and ensuring demand fulfilment to support customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor and analyse key performance KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, market share, share of voice, retail media), taking corrective actions where needed.
7. Deliver KPI-driven performance reports to local management and Global KAM.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders at both local and international level.
9. Act as the local Amazon expert, staying ahead of platform tools, policies, market trends, and competitive dynamics to continuously optimize
