What You’ll Do
* Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
* Troubleshoot software, cloud, and connectivity-related issues.
* Investigate and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner.
* Escalate complex cases when necessary.
* Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and empathy.
* Accurately document all interactions and solutions provided.
What We’re Looking For
* Advanced English level (spoken and written).
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
* Interest or experience in IT environments and cloud technologies.
* Knowledge of tools/products such as Office 365, Outlook, Sharepoint, Onedrive, is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
What We Offer
* Permanent full-time contract (39h/week).
* Fully remote position.
* Monday to Friday schedule — Night Shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
* Salary: 23.598,82€ + home allowance
