About the jobWe're looking for a mid-to-senior finance professional who's ready to take ownership of a key role in our fintech business. You'll be responsible for IFRS reporting, audits, oversee group reporting, and actively shape our budgeting, tax, and cash flow strategies.
Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRSEnsure accuracy and timeliness of reporting deliverablesSupport consolidation of group financials across multiple entitiesMonitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirementsPerform variance analysis and provide insights to managementCollaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams to ensure data consistencyParticipate in audits and liaise with external auditorsDrive improvements in reporting processes and systemsSupervise Accounting Reporting SpecialistsRequired Hard Skills and EducationAt least 3–4 years of experience as a Financial Reporting Specialist or in a similar roleACCA, CIMA, CFA, or another relevant qualification (may be in progress)Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, Master degree is desirableExperience in preparing of consolidated financial statements and managing general ledgersExperience working with external auditors and consultantsProficiency in accounting software;
experience with ERP system implementation is a plusStrong knowledge of MS Office and Google SheetsSolid understanding of accounting principles and proceduresLanguages: fluency in English is required;
