Bid Engineer at SACYR

Responsibilities
Management and administration of civil engineering project bids, coordinating the bid team and relevant departments.
Study of technical and commercial specifications, participation in bid strategy and organisation, management of clarifications with the client, site visit reports, supplier and subcontractor negotiation, measurement and volume review, and coordination and supervision of engineering.
Preparation of construction planning, cost estimates, cash flow, basic execution schedules, organisational charts, histograms, etc., and coordination of the administrative bid.
Preparation of financial statements for presentation to management.
Project risk analysis and participation in contract negotiations with the client.
Qualifications
University degree in Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in preparing bids or managing civil engineering projects.
Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals and participating in negotiations with partners and clients.
Experience in construction, preferably in English‐speaking countries, is highly valued.
