At MDW, we continue to grow and are looking for our next HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on technology profiles.
We want someone who enjoys connecting with the best IT talent, drives human resources initiatives, can lead the department, and becomes a strategic partner for our technical teams.
What will you do?
- Design and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for IT profiles.
- Manage end-to-end selection processes: defining roles with team leads, active searching, telephone and soft skills interviews, and support in the offer process.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and good practices in HR.
- Keep track of i+D+I grants and subsidies.
- Promote employer branding programs specific to the tech sector.
- Support managers and teams in development, training, and performance processes.
- Create initiatives to improve the company's organizational culture and promote internal growth.
- Attend trade shows and community events in the sector.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years' experience in HR/Talent Acquisition with a focus on IT.
- Ability to identify and attract tech profiles in a competitive market.
- Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other IT hunting platforms.
- Experience managing key areas of Human Resources: talent development, performance management, culture, work environment.
- Experience with HR management platforms (Factorial).
- Strategic mindset, clear communication, and passion for the tech sector.
- Language: Spanish (required), English (nice to have)
