What Youll Do:
* As a Customer Service Representative, youll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including:
* Mobile Services: SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
* Home Services: Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup
Who Were Looking For:
* Languages: Dutch & English
* Customer Service Skills: Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
* Sales Mindset: Able to identify and act on sales opportunities
