We have over 300 employees worldwide who all contribute to our vision to bprovide market-leading automotive solutions to drive efficiencies, seamlessly transforming every customer moment. /b /ppbr/ppThe CitNOW Group is no ordinary technology company, we live a series of One Team values and this guiding principle forms the foundation of CitNOW Group’s award winning, collaborative and inclusive culture. /ppbr/ppbAbout the role /b /ppbr/ppThe QA Lead will take ownership of our approach to quality assurance across Dealerweb, bringing together hands‑on technical capability with team leadership, third‑party coordination and strategic quality planning. /ppbr/ppThis role involves leading a blended team of internal and external QA engineers, driving our automation strategy and establishing the governance that ensures we release with confidence. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities include: /b /ppbr/ppbTeam Leadership /b /ppbr/pulliLead the QA team, made up of internal and external QA Engineers /liliSet priorities, manage workload and ensure coverage across sprints and releases /liliConduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and capability development /liliCoordinate with third-party delivery managers on quality, capacity, and knowledge transfer /liliEstablish QA governance, including the definition of ready, definition of done and release sign-off criteria /liliDeliver honest, evidence-based quality status to engineering and product leadership /liliRepresent QA in cross-functional planning and roadmap discussions /li /ulpbr/ppbTest Strategy and Execution /b /ppbr/pulliOwn test planning, execution, and reporting for Dealerweb releases /liliDefine risk-based test strategies aligned with product roadmaps /liliOversee functional, regression, integration and system testing /liliManage regression strategy for regular release cadences /liliDrive Go/No-Go release decisions with evidence-based quality data /liliValidate database integrity using SQL /li /ulpbr/ppbTest Automation /b /ppbr/pulliDrive the automation strategy for UI/E2E and API testing /liliIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines /liliEstablish automation standards, review practices and maintainability guidelines /li /ulpbr/ppbWe are looking for: /b /ppbr/pulli6+ years in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity /liliAn inspiring people leader, with strong experience leading QA teams /liliA proactive communicator who takes ownership, navigates ambiguity and collaborates confidently /liliAbility to simplify complexity and delivery high-quality outcomes with clarity /liliExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, building trust and working collaboratively to move things forward /liliA strong track record of delivering quality for complex web applications in Agile environments /li /ulpbr/ppbEssential Technical skills /b /ppbr/pulliTest automation, including hands‑on experience with modern frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, both at implementation level and in shaping wider automation strategy /liliProgramming skills, including experience writing and reviewing automation code in JavaScript, TypeScript or Python /liliAPI testing, including experience working with REST APIs, Postman and building or maintaining automated API test suites /liliCI/CD pipelines, including experience using platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar for test execution and integration /lili Database validation, including practical use of SQL for test data setup, interrogation and verification /liliTest management, including experience using TestRail or an equivalent tool to organise, track and report on test coverage /li /ulpbr/ppIn addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package is second to none.
