We are partnering with a leading FMCG business undergoing an exciting commercial transformation to hire an EMEA Commercial Director (Ex-UK).This high-impact role will lead the commercial agenda across EMEA outside the UK, with a particular focus on distributor-led markets in mainland Europe (notably Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Nordics, Germany and Eastern Europe).You will own regional performance, strengthen commercial capability, and help build a more agile, performance-driven organisation.We are looking for a senior commercial leader from FMCG (ideally beer, spirits, coffee or soft drinks) with:Strong experience managing distributor-led and direct sales markets.Deep knowledge of mainland Europe, especially Spain.A track record of upgrading commercial teams and driving performance.Strong analytical capability and comfort operating at pace through change.Spanish language skills and any exposure to a PE-backed environment as a plus.Location: Spain or London (3 days per week in the office).Future upside: Clear progression potential into a broader Managing Director remit for the right individual.If this sounds like you (or someone in your network), please contact me directly for a confidential conversation.
