About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations to scale and automate the company’s core processes, building the infrastructure that allows us to grow faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
This is a hybrid business-tech role. You’ll be key in implementing, optimizing, and monitoring our tools, automations, and analytics systems—while also driving innovation in how we operate internally.
What You’ll Do
* Build and optimize dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and Looker Studio to enable data-driven decision making.
* Improve and expand the implementation of our CRM, customizing it to fit operational and commercial needs.
* Design and maintain business-critical automations using Make (Integromat), n8n, and other no-code tools.
* Document systems and processes in a clear, scalable, and structured way.
* Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure tools and processes are aligned with business needs.
* Own and lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency, digitalizing operations, or testing new tools and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
* 3–5 years in operations, business systems, or tech-enabled roles within startups, consulting, or fast-paced environments.
* Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Experience building and maintaining automations, internal systems, and data workflows with minimal tech support.
* Understanding of B2C business models and customer-centric operations.
Tools & Systems Familiarity
* BI & Dashboards: SQL, Python, Looker Studio (must)
* CRM: Zoho CRM Plus (preferred), HubSpot, Pipedrive
* Automation: Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier
* Web basics: HTML/CSS, embedded logic (nice to have)
