The next phase is all about content performance, smarter monetization, and scalable growth experiments.To make that happen, we’re hiring a Growth & Acquisition Lead — someone who can take full ownership of our growth loops, optimise funnels, and drive measurable impact on both user and creator acquisition. You’ll work closely with our CMO, product, and data teams to execute high-impact growth strategies.This is a demanding role in an early-stage startup environment. Resources are limited, priorities evolve quickly, and you’ll be expected to take ownership and work independently. If you're looking for structure or stability, this may not be the right fit. But if you're comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by building from the ground up, the impact and growth opportunity are significant.What You’ll Do- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition across Google Search, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, keeping CAC and ROAS on target.- Design, run, and document rapid A/B tests on ads, onboarding flows, and pricing (CRO).- Track and analyze cohort performance, LTV, and channel efficiency with regular reporting.- Discover and validate new growth loops (referral incentives, influencer collaborations, UGC).- Partner with content and community teams to ensure subscriber demand matches creator supply.- Own attribution and tracking (GA4, GTM, server-side conversions) so every euro spent is accountable.- Be part of the early-stage team of a high-growth startup, shaping foundational strategies and scaling what works.- Share clear insights and next steps with founders and teammates—no vanity metrics, just impact.Requirements- 3–5 years experience in growth or performance marketing in a B2C SaaS, marketplace, or subscription business.- Hands-on experience with Google Search and YouTube Ads;
working knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads.- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and how to optimise them.- Solid background in CRO:
you've tested and improved onboarding, pricing, or funnel steps.- Ability to run cohort analysis, forecasting, and attribution modelling.- Familiar with GA4, GTM, and performance tracking tools.- Comfortable working at speed, wearing multiple hats, and owning outcomes.- Fluent in English (written and spoken).We’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis and looking to hire ASAP.If you have questions or want to connect directly, reach out to us at hello@mappr.com.
