Role Overview
We are seeking passionate and experienced candidates for the Analyst position within our Survey Operations & Analytics (SOA) team, part of the Center for Customer Insights and reporting to the Global Advantage Practice Area. The team supports BCG case teams by managing primary data collection (surveys), applying advanced analytics, and building models, simulations, and visualizations to extract insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support BCG case teams across all stages of market research and survey management.
2. Collaborate with survey programmers, vendors, and partners for survey implementation.
3. Conduct quality reviews of surveys, validate and clean data, and perform data analysis.
4. Utilize statistical tools and software such as SPSS, Sawtooth, Alteryx, and Excel for data transformation and analysis.
5. Create visual representations of data insights using PowerPoint, Tableau, and Market Sight.
6. Engage with global, multicultural teams across different time zones.
7. Manage multiple tasks, including networking, relationship building, and informal business development.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related fields.
* 0-1 years of experience in market research and data analytics.
* Strong analytical skills, data management, and familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, and SQL.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement, and multi-tasking abilities.
