Responsibilities:
* Achieve coverage, frequency, and sales targets within the assigned territory.
* Contribute to regional training and develop team members' key skills.
* Monitor sales progress, develop action plans, and provide feedback on performance.
* Collaborate with outside partners for co-promotion of products or services.
* Manage territory budgets for customer contacts, events, and external expenditures.
* Represent the company at professional events and promote products.
* Work with Medical Science Liaisons, Account Managers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
* Identify issues and opportunities, communicating proactively to management.
* Complete administrative tasks such as updating databases and expenses.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Proven interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiating skills.
* Minimum 5 years of oncology experience, preferably in Breast Cancer.
* Knowledge of industry trends, competitor practices, and product protocols.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
* Self-motivated with a degree (BA/BS) and relevant sales experience.
* Pharmaceutical experience and therapeutic knowledge are highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:
* Achievement of country-specific pharmaceutical sales certifications.
* Compliance with all regulatory and legal standards.
