Responsibilities
Defines the product vision and coordinates with the Tribe Lead and other Product Owners
Focuses the team on delivering business value in regular increments
Develops the scope of the MVP, considering the constraints and the life cycle of the client
Engages stakeholders and senior leaders regularly on all aspects of the product
Responsible for defining and tracking Objective Key Results (OKRs)
Uses data to develop and define user stories and acceptance criteria for features
Contributes to the squad with relevant product knowledge in the development of tasks
Prioritises initiatives to achieve business objectives and continuously grooms the backlog to keep it up to date
Participates in sprint planning to reaffirm priorities and clarify requirements
Maintains Platform roadmap for assigned Products
Ensures that the delivered solution meets the requirements and is aligned to Domain Architects vision
Approves the final release plan and accepts all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria
Qualifications
Higher education degree in IT/Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Ownership
Requirements Analysis and Feature Definition
Proven experience and recognised knowledge of developing software
Expertise in Agile software development environment and methods
Experience in design and deployment of Automation and resource management Platforms
Strong technology understanding of the Products (e.g. SD WAN) that are to be supported along with the technology used to deliver the VPBS Assurance & Orchestration Platform
Business and Commercial Acumen
Familiar with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture
Data‐driven decisions
Expertise on Demand Management
Familiar with EKS and MSK technologies
Familiar with Github
Familiar with SW Development processes, management, and lifecycle (CI/CD)
Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder engagement, effective at managing ambiguity and conflict resolution
Presentation skills
Fluent English
