**Descripción de la oferta**:
Within the corporate people team as Training & Recruitment Manager your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the development and implementation of effective training programs for employees while managing the recruitment and onboarding processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and motivated workforce. You will report to the corporate people director.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Training Program Development:
- Design and develop training programs to address the needs of employees at various levels within the organization.
- Implement a variety of training methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
Recruitment Strategy:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand and anticipate their staffing needs and priorities.
- Conduct job interviews and participate in the selection process for key positions.
- Design and coordinate the internship program.
Onboarding Process:
- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure that new employees receive necessary training, orientation, and resources to integrate seamlessly into the organization.
- Facilitate a positive onboarding experience that promotes engagement and retention.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure that training and recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and up.to-date records of training activities and recruitment efforts.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the training and recruitment budget effectively.
- Evaluate the retorn on investment for training programs and recruitment activities.
**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Master´s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in training and recruitment, with a focus on creating and implementing effective programs.
- Strong understanding of talent development, learning methodologies, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and build positive relationships.
- Familiarity with HRIS (human resources information system - Cornerstone) and other relevant tools.
- Fluent level of Spanish and English is a must, French is a plus.
- Dynamic, with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills and passion for employee development and organizational growth.
