What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Map and prioritize highest value accounts, developing and maintaining a solid strategy and relationships.
- Work in coordination with internal teams, and other stakeholders to implement the integrated key account plan of action, including collaboration in the creation and execution of a statement tailored to the environment of plasma drugs in Spain, day‑to‑day delivery and availability of products from different origins, management of execution of current portfolio and brand strategy plans. For new launches, support the Market Access department in the introduction of new products in the different Autonomous Regions, adapting strategy to the different regional policies.
- Execute transparently and cross‑functionally: organize and/or participate in regular team meetings to review and discuss account progress and share account insights; update account management information using the Salesforce platform, improving visibility of plan status to team members.
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders. Define metrics and KPIs to monitor sales objectives, product adoption and activities execution. Annually collect accurate and complete market information (market size, competitors, etc.) for the Grifols Business Intelligence market database.
- Support Grifols Contract Manufacturing Director (CMD): work in coordination with the CMD for needed direct support with and to Blood Banks – direct support in F2F meetings – follow up of needs and service related issues.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare or life sciences field (Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or similar). Other academic backgrounds will also be considered based on relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Key Account Management or Sales role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or hospital sector.
- Knowledge of the Northwestern region of Spain, particularly Galicia, will be considered a strong asset.
- Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).

- Contract of Employment: Permanent position.
- Location: Galicia or nearby regions (Northwestern Spain). This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work with on‑site visits and client interactions.
- Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model.
- Flexible schedule: Monday‑Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
