We are seeking a Legal Advisor / Lawyer to prepare administrative documentation for national and international tenders, maintain information related to government bodies, proxies, and statutes of UTEs and companies at both national and international levels, and prepare legal documentation for renewing the Contractor Classification in the administrative contracting advisory board.
Responsibilities:
* Draft and review all types of legal and contractual documentation for projects and other departmental needs (e.g., commercial, construction management, procurement, HR).
* Identify risks within legal and contractual documents, whether inherent or regulatory, and propose mitigation measures.
* Negotiate, draft, and supervise agreements related to tenders such as bidding agreements, shareholder agreements, risk matrices, EPC, O&M, concessions, PPA contracts, and energy purchase agreements.
* Advise on corporate acquisition processes.
* Study, prepare lawsuits, and handle judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, including court appearances.
Requirements:
* Law degree.
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.
* Previous experience in corporate legal advisory roles.
* Advanced skills in Office suite (Word, Excel).
* Legal knowledge in commercial and administrative law.
* Ability to liaise with external advisors nationally and internationally.
* Willingness to travel.
* Teamwork skills, effective communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, decision-making, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
