Role Mission
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing strategies to acquire qualified leads through SEM, Paid Media, and retargeting campaigns .
This role will be key in driving the acquisition of buyers and sellers through campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms, continuously optimizing cost per lead, lead quality, and return on ad spend .
The role will work closely with the SEO/UX, CRM & Marketing Automation, and Web/CRO teams to maximize conversion across the entire digital funnel.

Key Responsibilities
1) Paid Media Strategy & Growth
Design and implement the digital lead acquisition strategy across different business lines:
Resale properties
New developments
Owner lead generation
Rental properties
Define hypotheses, tests, and an experimentation framework ( A/B testing ) to improve:
CPL (Cost per Lead)
CVR (Conversion Rate)
Campaign ROI
Lead quality
Develop a performance marketing framework that enables campaigns to scale efficiently.

2) Campaign Management & Optimization
Manage and optimize campaigns across different advertising platforms:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Retargeting campaigns
Key responsibilities include:
Campaign structure definition
Budget management
Bid optimization
Keyword and audience analysis
Creative and copy optimization
Implement multi-channel retargeting strategies to maximize conversion from users who have already interacted with the brand or property listings.

3) Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools .
Responsible for measuring and optimizing:
Traffic generated
Cost per lead
Conversion by channel
Lead quality
Contribution to sales
Create regular performance reports with actionable insights to improve acquisition strategies.

Technical Requirements
Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation .
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Solid understanding of:
Marketing and conversion funnels
Paid media strategies
Campaign optimization
Data analysis and attribution models
Experience working with tools such as:
Google Analytics / GA4
Google Tag Manager
Reporting tools: Looker Studio, Power BI

Languages:
Advanced Spanish and English

Key Competencies
Strategic mindset with strong results orientation
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and platforms
Proactive and autonomous in managing campaigns and projects
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in dynamic, target-driven environments

Nice to Have
Previous experience in real estate companies, marketplaces, or lead-generation platforms
Knowledge of advanced retargeting strategies and custom audiences
Experience optimizing campaigns in international markets
