Reporting to the EMEA SVP, your strategic insights and management will significantly influence our growth trajectory and substantially impact our growth journey. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, coach, and oversee a high‑performing team of 6-8 Enterprise Sales. /li liInstill a mindset of strategic agility, encouraging your team to anticipate market changes and respond with innovative solutions. /li liEnable your team to tackle challenges head‑on, developing strategic solutions, demonstrating endurance in the face of adversity and a relentless pursuit of goals. /li liAssume end‑to‑end responsibility for coaching, management, and quota attainment of new/incremental ACV as well as customer renewals. /li liSource and recruit top talent, both internally and externally. /li liStreamline the onboarding process to skillfully integrate new hires. /li liMotivate and guide the career development of your direct reports. /li liWork closely with internal teams and partners to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer success. /li liAct as a liaison between your field team and internal supporting functions. /li liAct as a spokesperson for Nexthink southern Europe business. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years managing a successful team/region, specializing in the sale of technical products in the enterprise space. /li liOver 10 years of experience in selling complex SaaS solutions, with a deep understanding of DEX, APM, ITSM, or CX. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of the Southern European market, residing in Spain. /li liDemonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, embodying resilience and a results‑driven mindset. /li liDriven by the development and success of your team. /li liProven track record of exceeding quotas and thriving in a dynamic environment that embraces change. /li liCollaborated seamlessly with internal departments, including Marketing, Solution Consulting, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services. /li liCollaborated seamlessly with our Partners, Resellers and Managed Service Providers. /li liEmbrace mistakes and failures as invaluable learning opportunities, demonstrating a commitment to feedback. /li liApproach sales with openness, honesty, and an entrepreneurial mindset, always mindful of your customer’s risk tolerance. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pWe are 800+ employees strong in 21 countries across 8 different time zones speaking 60+ languages.
