CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist

This hybrid role combines deep hands-on expertise with Mautic, multichannel Campaigns, and Customer Success coordination across clients, internal teams, and the CEO. You will serve as both the technical marketing operator ensuring smooth campaign operations and the primary contact for delivering ongoing value through our managed deliverability and ESP offerings.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Operations & Analytics
* Manage the Mautic platform—including installations, upgrades, plugins, and security.
* Audit and optimize server cronjobs via SSH in collaboration with DevOps.
* Handle messaging triggers and consumer workers.
* Query engagement data using Amazon Athena (SQL) to validate KPIs and generate insights.
* Monitor email deliverability using tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, and MXToolBox.

Percentage focus: 95%.

* Integrate Mautic with client websites, e-commerce platforms, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API/Webhooks.
Customer Success & Coordination
* Serve as the primary success contact for assigned accounts, managing meetings, requirements, tickets, and SLAs.
* Coordinate hand-offs between development teams, the CEO, project managers, and clients, ensuring clarity on expectations and timelines.
* Present weekly performance reports highlighting growth metrics and next steps.
* Collect feedback and translate into actionable backlog items or optimization ideas.
Project Prioritization & Growth
* Collaborate with the CEO to prioritize JIRA boards for maximum ROI.
* Conduct experiments such as subject-line testing and segment rollouts to measure impact.
* Identify and scope new customer opportunities fitting our email volume profile.
* Required skills include 2–4 years in CRM/Marketing Automation, with at least 1 year as primary Mautic owner.
* Proficiency in SQL (Amazon Athena), Linux CLI, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong project management skills and a mindset of continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with AI tools for rapid content creation and queries.
* Bonus skills: experience with Optimove, Bird.com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.
* Alignment with Amazon Leadership Principles preferred.

Includes LayerTechESP, Mautic v5.2.3+, SparkPost, Amazon SES, qMail, AWS S3, Athena, Tableau, InfraAWS, Contabo, Airflow, Ubuntu 22, CloudWatch, Bitbucket/GitHub, and tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, MXToolBox, HetrixTools, EmailOnAcid, ChatGPT, and other LLMs.

Success Milestones (30/60/90 Days)

Goals include setting up new sending domains, managing customer success for key clients, and autonomously managing multiple clients with minimal oversight.
