We are currently seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP solutions within a major transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
* Understands the business context, collects business requirements and evaluates potential solutions to cover business needs.
* Designs applicable solutions, resulting in one or many IT products, applications and features.
* Leads solution implementation and ensures adherence of technology to the business requirements and expected outcomes.
* Oversees project delivery in terms of scope, quality and usability.
* Understands technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies.
* Identifies the organizational impact (on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of solutions.
* Documents all solution architecture design and analysis work. Sign-off of solution design and test scope.
* Drives estimation of effort and capacity required for the delivery
* Strong ability to map business requirements to SAP configurations
* Skilled at understanding E2E business processes and data flows
* Experience in global implementation projects, e.g. global SAP template roll-outs
* Sound knowledge of validation standards in regulated industries (preferred)
* Political and cultural awareness with proven success in working with global teams, suppliers, and matrix organizations
* Proactive mentality with a strong sense of priorities to support various tasks simultaneously
* Excellent interpersonal skills including strong presentation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
* English (fluent in spoken and written)
* Willingness to travel

* Degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar studies.
