Your main mission will be: To support the operational excellence of the Front Office department by coordinating and supervising the team’s daily activities, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient management of check -in and check-out processes, and the implementation of high-quality standards to deliver memorable experiences from arrival to departure .
Your main responsibilities will include :
* Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
* Run and collaborate with the entire Front-Office team, including reception, concierge service and reservations
* Solve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
* Identify talents, lead, train and build team spirit in a huge team
* Monitor the quality
* Address guests’ service needs and deal with specific customer requests
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and colleagues
* Take action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests

Qualifications
What we expect from you :
* Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills
* Proactivity, dynamism, multitasking ability, and good time management
* Honesty, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility
* Passion for hospitality and proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
* Customer-orientated attitude and in-depth knowledge of customer service
* Proficiency in speaking and writing in Portuguese & English, basic German and/or French is a plus
* Careful presentation
* Proactive, with a sense of initiative and teamwork
* Sense of responsibility and autonomy
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
