Overview
Progenika Biopharma, a subsidiary of Grifols, is seeking a Scientist to join the Development R&D department.
Responsibilities
* Support the design and development of immunoassay projects.
* Optimize and transfer immunoassay devices to production and technical areas.
* Conduct verification and validation studies of immunoassay devices, executing and documenting the studies.
* Perform all tasks under quality standards and regulatory requirements established by Progenika Biopharma and Grifols, supervised by a manager.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or similar). PhD studies will be valued.
* At least 3 years of laboratory experience.
* High level of English proficiency.
* Proficient in Office package, especially Excel, and knowledge of statistics.
* Knowledge or experience in immunoassay and/or IVD device development is desirable.
* Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice principles.
* Detail-oriented and procedure-oriented with prioritization skills.
* Proven collaboration and communication skills, able to work as a team member.
