Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d) SHINING 3D Technology – Full-time, Permanent Position Location: Spain
SHINING 3D was founded in 2004 and is a global leader in high‑precision 3D scanners and digital solutions.
To strengthen our support team in Spain, we are looking for a service‑oriented individual who enjoys working with people, solving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in daily operations.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st‑level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
* Process and respond to support tickets related to our Einstar and Rigil products.
* Support customers with product‑related questions and technical issues in a professional and solution‑oriented manner.
* Develop practical solutions independently and support their implementation.
* Document solutions clearly in the ticketing system and internal knowledge bases.
* Conduct remote support sessions (e.g. via TeamViewer) in close collaboration with R&D and other technical teams.
* Escalate and coordinate more complex issues with relevant departments after consultation with supervisors.
Your Profile
* You speak Spanish fluently and have a good command of English.
* You work in a structured, reliable, and customer‑focused manner.
* You enjoy helping people, whether by phone or in written communication.
* Initial experience in customer support, service, or a technical environment is an advantage, but not required.
* You are confident using computers, ticketing systems, and remote support tools, and you are eager to learn new technologies.
