What you'll do?
Act as a technical expert supporting the sales team by providing technical knowledge and solutions to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements, visit customers' factories, prepare technical proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and address technical inquiries.
Create customized solutions that meet client needs and ensure alignment with their technical and business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Perform solution design and ensure product compatibility with client factories.
Work closely with internal departments to communicate client feedback and requirements.
What you'll bring?
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
Previous experience in a Design Engineer or similar position.
Extensive experience in automated production lines, particularly in fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems.
Hands‐on experience with product demonstrations and solution design.
Familiarity with 2D and 3D drafting software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non‐technical audiences.
Problem‐solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer‐focused solutions.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
