Airbus offers an internship (curricular practicum) program for students in the last year of their degree to develop professional skills through a project in the company. This internship is at the Illescas plant and involves work within a multidisciplinary team supporting production activities. Mission

6 months of curricular internships at AIRBUS from February to July 2026 Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h) Tutor assignment for continuous monitoring Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, supporting production activities. At Illescas plant, we are leaders in developing and manufacturing large CFRP parts such as the A350 wing, A350 S19 and HTP skins. Develop practical management skills through real-world application. Become proficient in various digital tools essential for modern workflows. Gain exposure to and implement diverse ways of working Support in the industrialization of new A350 Freighter cargo door Project to be carried out by the student
Improvements on the A350XWB Freighter Main Deck Cargo Door design after first assembled elements in Illescas. The applicant will collect inputs from the process, including recurrent deviations, blocking points, typical defects, cost-saving opportunities, etc. After analyzing deviations and in concurrence with plant functions, possible design modifications will be identified. The applicant will participate in evaluating viability and determining next steps and will contribute to proposing changes in the product design. Required skills
