To support this next phase, we’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Purchasing & Trade Marketing Manager to strengthen our supplier network, source winning products, negotiate better commercial conditions, and unlock new growth opportunities through supplier-funded promotions.
This is a strategic role with direct impact on revenue, margins, and customer experience.

Your mission will be to build and optimize our supplier ecosystem to ensure Empresa confidencial offers the right products, at the right price, under the best commercial conditions.
Beyond purchasing, you will create win-win partnerships with suppliers by negotiating promotional campaigns, trade marketing agreements, and supplier investment opportunities that help accelerate growth.
🔑 What will you do?
Identify and source new suppliers, brands, and product opportunities
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Negotiate purchasing conditions (pricing, payment terms, MOQs, lead times)
Negotiate supplier-funded promotions and trade marketing agreements
Build and manage long-term supplier relationships
Improve commercial margins and category profitability
Develop promotional calendars together with suppliers
Coordinate product launches with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support)
Analyze product and supplier performance to optimize commercial decisions
Identify customer needs and translate them into product opportunities
