Insurance Actuary, Leasing Business - SCF HQ Country: Spain

Your role As an Insurance Actuary, you will be responsible for designing, pricing, reserving, and controlling insurance services connected to our Mobility Business, especially for Operative Leasing, ensuring added value for customers and attractive offerings for SCF as a full‐services provider.
Design, define and price new services/products (jointly with PRODUCT Insurance Manager, involving Credit/Leasing Area).
Creation of risk premium models (own damage self‐insurance), analytical model analysis, investigation on external data (claims, frequency, indemnities) and new methodologies.
Set up of pricing engine, implementing / maintaining the new tariffs on it.
Technical provisions / found management: calculation & validation, oversighting the function of the country.
Monitoring and reporting of main KPIs, proposing actuarial recommendation, based on professional judgment and experience; for Third Party Liability and Own Damages risks, for owned car fleets (circulating in various geographies).
Profitability control, challenging units to (i) minimize prices and (ii) maximize profitability (control of the "margins").
Experience At least 7 years' experience in insurance company / broker / renting company / fleet owners, with solid knowledge of pricing, actuarial risks, in national and possibly international environments.
Pricing in non‐life, with focus in Auto / Motor.
Experience in self‐insurance (internalization of risk) models.
Product development in different distribution channels, with focus in Auto / Mobility.
Education Academics: business administration, actuarial, mathematics, statistics, engineering.
Advanced knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and Power Point.
SAS program and R and/or Python.
Skills & Knowledge Technical knowledge
Data analysis and development of models
Analysis capability & communication skills to influence & promote changes on pricing, operations, new methodologies, etc.
(As a plus) knowledge about leasing/renting business.
