Prepares monthly consolidation journal entries and assists with preparation of company quarterly and annual financial statements.**Key Responsabilities**:- Prepare monthly financial statements, quarterly and annual reporting requirements to management, regulatory bodies and corporate office.- Oversee cost effective internal controls, payroll related accounting and filings, and other related corporate requirements.- Develop and implement initiatives for continuous improvement processes.- Prepare or review required monthly reports and KPIs.- Participation in preparation of the budget and forecast.- Prepare or review reconciliations for various accounts.- Assist in monthly adjusting journal entries, as required.- Support management by providing analysis of actual performance compare to the forecasts and budget.Health and Safety Responsibilities:- To organize workplaces according to the health and safety legal requirements and rules.Information Security / IT Security:- Compliance to all Magna and Seating EU rules and guidelines specially with regards to Finance.**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:- Graduate or Engineer level.- Greater than 1 year in a similar role.- High English level is a must (B2 minimun).- Experiences with ERP (SAP is desirable).**Additional Information**:- Costs and information systems.- High excel and database level.- Working knowledge of SAP.- Advanced knowledge in MS Office Tools.
