Gender is not important to us, what matters to us is that you fit in with our culture and the team and are passionate about your job.
Tasks
As an IT controller, you will support the development of a long-term IT strategy that supports the business objectives. You will monitor its implementation and adapt it to changing business requirements if necessary.

You identify and assess risks in connection with IT projects and investments. You develop strategies to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.
As a consultant, you support the entire IT management level in strategic decisions related to IT investments, considering the long-term impact on the company and helping to prioritize IT projects.
The development and implementation of IT controlling standards and processes, including the introduction of Oracle ERP, are also part of your responsibilities.

* You are detail-oriented and have a structured working style.
* Confident handling of common controlling and ERP systems, with willingness to transition to Oracle ERP, is expected.
* You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a diplomatic and customer-oriented demeanor.
We welcome applicants who are interested but do not meet 100% of the requirements; we are willing to train and develop the right candidate.
Additional Information
You will work as the central link between Central Controlling, Central IT, and our Group's digitalization initiatives, managing (strategic) project portfolios to oversee the overall digitalization budget.

We set clear budgets and priorities to enable comprehensive reporting and manage the Group's digitalization efforts.
If you are interested in joining our team, we look forward to receiving your application and getting to know you!
