Key Characteristics of the Role:
Must be an active, proactive, guest service and sales orientated person with strong communication & organisational skills. Must have hospitality and service spirit and love the operational part of it.
Must be Attentive, accountable, detail orientated, highly organised and has the ability to plan multiple activities, achieve goals and meet deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Welcoming at meeting our guest upon arrival, following Check in/out procedures.
* Ensure the property is hospitality-ready for guests and that all company quality procedures are in place
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Actively coordinate and supervise the execution of the whole agenda & concierge services contracted for the clients.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
* Provide accurate information about the destination, in house services, experiences, activities & concierge services available.
* Meeting the guest during their stay, managing complaints and monitoring guest feedback.
* Report to the Director of Hospitality on the day to day operational duties.
* Coordinate and supervise that external suppliers comply with the level of excellence we do require.
* Having the flexibility with work schedule, including some weekends and holidays. Some days the work can be done remotely with flexible office.
* Other Duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· A minimum of 3 year experience in Front office, guest experience, concierge, F&B, preferably in Luxury International Hotel Chain, airline, cruises or luxury retail company.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Fluency in English & Spanish.
