About Our Team
The Marketing Manager for Southern Europe is part of a team of 9 Regional Faculty Marketers, reporting to the Faculty Marketing Director. They are also a member of the Global Health Marketing team, working on global programs that are adapted for regional markets and developing local campaigns as needed. The team collaborates closely across functions to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. About The Role
You oversee the faculty marketing program for medical and nursing education in Southern Europe and in connection with the Latam region. This involves developing and executing campaigns, engaging with faculty, managing marketing activities, supporting digital product usage at universities, and collaborating with central marketing teams. This role also includes administrative tasks like tracking results, processing invoices, and managing the marketing budget. Travel within Spain and occasionally to other Southern European countries is required for conferences and events. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, organizational skills, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
* Customer Focus: Create and execute online and offline campaigns and manage innovative projects and events for the faculty target group.
* Brand Awareness & Engagement: Develop a thought leadership program for nursing and medical education in Spanish‑speaking countries and establish a B2B digital marketing program for Spanish‑speaking educators.
* Transform Education: Deliver campaigns and activities supporting the digital transformation of health education in Spanish‑speaking countries while providing sales leads and enablement support.
* Self‑Development Skills: Enhance digital marketing skills across various channels and prioritize customer centricity by staying updated with research and participating in CX training.
* Results Driven: Track marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
* A business degree in Marketing, health or a related field.
* Proven experience in B2B marketing and communication within academic, health, or technology companies.
* Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills suited to the characteristics and need of the audience.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish, fluency in additional languages (Italian or Portuguese) is welcome.
* Highly organised with proven project management skills.
* Experience managing marketing/media agencies.
* Knowledge of digital environment (Social Media, CMS, ESP tools).
