Project Management Skills: Certified or familiar with methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile, and adept at managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
