The Revenue Distribution System
Trainee
will support the revenue management & distribution team to execute the
commercial and revenue management strategy to maximize Direct and Indirect
revenue potential.
He/she will be responsible
for accurately loading and maintaining hotel content, policies, and rates in
the Radisson Hotel Group’s Central Reservations System (CRS) and OTA
connections. This includes, but not limited to, supporting, and optimizing OTA
and Leisure partner activities, connectivity support, implementation,
documentation, troubleshooting, monitoring system performance & rate
parity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Revenue Distribution
Specialist Trainee will also work with the Revenue Team to drive Total
Profitable Revenue, focusing on the right price @ the right time for the right
business via the right channel at the right cost mantra.

Channel Maintenance – Conduct regular CRS
(EMMA) audit, secure the loading of potential missing products, sending partner
maintenance spreadsheets to ensure we are distributing the correct product to
all channels.

Performance Monitoring – Monitor the
connectivity related performance dashboards with the aim to support the
optimization of the performance of connectivity across channels, including
troubleshooting and sending partner maintenance spreadsheets.

Distribution Optimization – Support with
the optimization of hotel performance on 3rd party channels by working with the
RHG Distribution team and properties to align & implement endorsed
activities to enhance hotel performance.

Rate Parity - Monitor and maintain Rate
Parity across channels by auditing and troubleshooting any issues as well as
working with the properties to ensure correct procedures are being followed as
well as participation in any partner activities.

Support the implementation of key Revenue
Optimization related projects including, but not limited to, new partner
rollouts & distribution activities.
A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:
