About the Role
* Deliver product demonstrations, configure products in test systems, and execute operational tasks during demos to ensure seamless presentations tailored to client needs.
* Take ownership of responding to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposal (RFPs), deepening your understanding of the Peak3 platform while refining our response repository for accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
* Foster strong relationships with senior customer representatives, grasp their requirements, and effectively present solutions aligned with their business objectives.
* Create engaging, visually compelling slide decks and presentations showcasing Peak3's platform capabilities and benefits using storytelling techniques to captivate clients with complex technical material.
* Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery by acting as the primary or shadow Business Analyst/Account Manager.
* Support the initial implementation phase, manage handovers to delivery teams, and assist Product Managers and Project Managers to guarantee alignment with client expectations and delivery goals.
* Collaborate with the Business Development team on prospecting efforts, market events, talks, and webinars, providing subject-matter expertise and engaging with potential clients or partners to highlight the value of our platform.
* Work closely with Product and Technical teams to facilitate customer onboarding and solution delivery.
What We Look For
* A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry and in presales/customer onboarding roles.
* A solid understanding of insurance technology, SaaS platforms, and cloud solutions.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with expertise in creating and delivering engaging PowerPoint presentations to senior-level stakeholders.
* Experience managing and responding to RFIs and RFPs, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
* Fluency in English and German is required.
