A well-established national health insurance provider is looking for Sales Managers to develop and manage the broker (corredores) channel in key regions across Spain. These are field-based positions requiring frequent travel and direct relationship management with insurance brokers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the existing network of insurance brokers
* Identify, attract, and onboard new brokers in the region
* Define quarterly/annual sales plans based on net growth (new sales – cancellations)
* Conduct regular field visits to broker partners
* Act as the main commercial contact and product advisor for brokers
* Track key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on goals and territory strategy
What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in insurance or broker channels)
* Background in health, personal, or life insurance is highly valued
* Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
* Insurance mediation certification (Level 1 or 2, or equivalent)
* Spanish fluency required; English, French or German are a plus
* Driver’s license and flexibility to travel within the territory
* Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
* Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the wider team
