People & Communications Generalists support the delivery of the people and communications agenda within the Door Business of the geography. They participate in initiatives to attract, engage, and develop employees, contributing to making the Company a great place to work alongside other teams.
Purpose
The role involves supporting the implementation of the people and communications strategies within the Door Business, collaborating with teams to attract, engage, and develop talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and drive business objectives and the people agenda to deliver high-quality outcomes, with guidance from the Doors Director.
* HR Administration: Manage local HR operations including advising managers and employees on HR processes, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, attendance, and payroll documentation.
* Industry and Employer Relations: Assist in IR matters such as negotiations, performance management, legislation interpretation, and day-to-day union-related issues.
* Data and Analytics: Report on people metrics, provide insights, and support organizational data management activities.
* Talent and Performance Management: Support recruitment, retention, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and reward processes.
* Culture and Well-being: Contribute to activities promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Requirements
* University Degree
* Fluent in English; native proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish
* 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
