PSunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more. /ppbr/ppSHG operates over 88 venues in 25 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a bGeneral Manager /b for bMETT Barcelona /b and bCasa METT Sitges (new opening) /b, who will oversee the overall operations and management of both hotels, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and efficiently. /ppbr/ppbMain responsibilities /b /pulliResponsible for all aspects of operations at the hotels, to day-to-day staff management and guests, ensuring alignment with the brand’s high luxury standards. /liliProvide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. /liliEnsure full compliance to Hotels operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards. /liliResponsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing Sales Plan. /liliImplements and enforces standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high levels of service quality across all departments (Rooms, Spa, administrative areas) and enforces brand quality standards as directed by FB division. /liliManage on-going profitability of the hotels, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded. /liliManagement of PL statements. /liliOverseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis. /liliCorporate and luxury client handling, and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required. /liliWork closely with owners, Sunset Hotels executives, FB Division and Sunset executives from functional areas. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliAt least 5-7 years of experience in hotel management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role (preferably with international luxury hotels) /liliGood understanding of the Barcelona and Sitges market and local hospitality landscape. /liliProven experience in managing multiple properties or overseeing large hotel operations /liliLeadership and good communication skills. /liliExperience with PL /liliFluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus). /liliOutstanding management skills and extensive hands-on experience. /liliExperience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with clear track record. /liliIn-depth knowledge of hotel management, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, FB, Housekeeping and Maintenance. /liliExcellent computer system skills. /li /ulpbr/ppbBenefits /b /pulliCompetitive Salary. /liliDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond. /liliCareer Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
