MRM is looking for an integrated marketing professional to run (Social Media and Digital) projects.
The role requires partnering closely with our internal (data, technology, planning, creative, production) teams to deliver high-quality work that on-time.
Professional with strong organizational skills that shares MRM’s values in diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.
Job role includes:
* Gaining deep understanding of client’s products, market, and competition as well as specific ways-of working and branding guidelines.
* Build strong relationships with day-to-day clients (at global and local levels)
* Execute multiple projects, with all departments at the agency
* RRSS (experience with Tik Tok Strategy is a plus)
* Receive client briefings
* Support writing and presenting agency briefings and client presentations.
* Effectively communicate and report priorities to Account Supervisor
* Support the development of project budgets
* Identify new opportunities from the day-to-day (grow projects with the client)
* Manage projects with other Account Executives in other MWG agencies
* Work with social media an digital production teams
* Work comfortably with project management tools
Required experience and skills
* Professional level English and Spanish
* 2-3 years professional experience, preferably in a client services role
* Experience managing Social Media and Digital Marketing.
* Strong communication both written and verbal
* Dynamic and proactive with the ability to adapt quickly
* Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
* Creative sensibility
* Experience managing project timelines
* Comfortable learning collaboration and project management tools
* Curious and quick-learner
* Experience or high interest in the music industry is high valuable.
