Job Description:
The opportunity: A vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Partner has arisen within Airbus in Getafe, Spain. The successful applicant will join the Employment & Transversal Department, a transnational organization dedicated to defining and implementing employment policies and strategies for Airbus and deploying the recruitment process for Airbus companies.
Mission: Your main mission will be:
* to represent the Employment and Transversal function in reporting and analysis of Employment KPIs
* to lead subcontracting activities ensuring adherence to Airbus principles and specifications
* to participate in Transversal Projects, taking the lead when necessary
Responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition:
* Demonstrate expertise in emerging roles (IT, Software, Cyber Security, Data) for internal customers and stakeholders.
* Ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term strategy.
* Analyze and understand managers' needs, provide market insights, and create appealing job ads.
* Provide external market insights for critical profiles to internal stakeholders.
* Contribute to employment marketing strategies and activities.
* Support development of Airbus's global sourcing strategy.
Analysis & Reporting:
* Collect, review, and analyze data from databases like Spotfire.
* Develop queries for employment data needs.
* Support process automation and data presentation to stakeholders.
* Contribute data insights to Airbus employment strategy.
Subcontracting:
* Manage Early Career Admin activities for Airbus divisions in Spain.
* Supervise subcontractor activities and monitor KPIs.
* Analyze KPIs and feedback to improve services.
* Define service descriptions, manage complaints, and support invoicing processes.
* Influence Airbus's Make or Buy strategy for employment activities.
Transversal Projects:
* Participate in local and transnational initiatives for employment and talent acquisition.
* Evaluate and improve processes and policies.
* Support or lead projects to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Law, or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience managing emerging and scarce profiles.
* Proficiency in social media, professional networks, and data analysis.
* Experience with external service delivery management and project management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Languages: English (Advanced); additional languages like German, Spanish, or French are highly valuable.
